pharmacy says they are the same as 54 609 but make me feel different and can't find listing for them anywhere ,supposed to be 4mg hydromorphone.

54 609 contains 4mgs of Hydromorphone, a generic for Dialudid, a narcotic analgesic.
I cannot find a listing for the 54 196 anywhere, either.
However, if they are made by a different company, the amount of the active ingredient could vary slightly and this may explain why they make you feel different.
Have you tried taking them into the pharmacy and asking them to double check the prescription for you?
