500 Mg Metformin Pill Markings

I have changed Pharm. and must have combined diff. mfr. into one container.(500 mg.metformin) I know the one from teva u.s.a. is correct, The other pills are 1/2 " dia. white and marked 134 on one side only.Please advise, Dennis

The tablet with the 134 marking is manufactured by Marksans Pharma Inc. and they do list it as containing 500mgs of Metformin.

The FDA classifies this as an oral antidiabetic medication and the typical side effects may possibly include nausea, dizziness, headache, flatulence and stomach pain.
