Does this have codeine in it? I'm allergic to it.

No, Fioricet contains Acetaminophen, Butalbital and Caffeine. It is most commonly used to treat or prevent migraines.

The FDA lists its typical side effects as possibly including nausea, dizziness, sedation, insomnia and nervousness.
