5 Sided Pink Pill Looks Like A Shield

5 sided pink pill looks like a shield, its pink or peachy colored, has 75 on one side , nothing on the other. Any ideas?

This tablet is manufactured by Apotex and they list it as containing 75mgs of Ranitidine, which is an antacid.

The FDA lists the typical side effects as possibly including nausea, dizziness and flatulence.
