5 Day Taking-side Effects On Prednisone 20mg

i was prescribed the above once a day for 5 days...for seasonal allergy...cough and
congestion. Will I suffer side effects?

Yes, it is very likely that you will, since this is a steroid. Even with short term use for allergic reactions, I experienced body aches/pains, some fluid retention and slight blood pressure elevation.
