Have had shots and pills of Levofloxaci and prednisone with Guaiatussin cough surup. I feel better after taking but keeps coming back. I have been using Fluticasone Propionate nasal spray and allergy aller-technology everyday too. Is it time for a specialist?

Yes, I think it is likely time for you to see an ENT. According to NIH reports, there is usually some underlying cause for such frequent repeated issues.
How often do you take these medications? The Fluticasone is usually used twice a day, in severe cases.
The Aller-tec, might not be the right medication to help you. You may need something stronger.
