I have some pills that are marked on one side 44 over a line and 196 below itit white about the size of an asprin can you tell me whay its for

I haven't been able to find an identification for these, but I can tell you that they are over the counter products.

The company that uses the 44 logo, followed by 3 additional numbers does not manufacture any prescription medications. They are sold all over the U.S. and some parts of Canada as the generics or store brands.
