I think the marking might be 44 375, can you please double check and post back?

If so, it is distributed by Walgreens, and they list it as containing 2mgs of Loperamide, which is used treat, or prevent diarrhea.

The FDA lists its typical side effects as possibly including nausea, dizziness, stomach pain, flatulence, and constipation.
