Well, I just posted what they are, as to taking her to a vet, it would depend on if she actually got any of the med or not, and how much, if she only got a little then she will be fine, if she managed to chew up several, you might want to talk to your vet just in case, she could damage her liver or kidneys. Many of the meds that humans use are the same as what we use for dogs, though, so a little bit won't hurt her at all.

My 1 year old puppy was chewing on a prescription bottle with these pills in it. The label is chewed up. I want to know what they are and if my puppy is goint to be okay, or do I need to take her to a vet?
