The pill my friend has is a small pill, about 2 mg. It is coated with a red paste and says the inscriptions of I think to be L432 but I am not sure exactly. I was wondering if you would be abel to tell me what drug it is so I can tell him what he took.

Round red tablet imprinted L 432 is 30 mg pseudoephedrine (generic Sudafed), a decongestant.
