Hi Rebecca - The "half moon" sounds a lot like either the old Actavis logo or the Alvogen logo. Unfortunately I can't find a version with 330 on it from their product listings. Actavis does distribute a 40mg yellow oxycodone but with "OP 40" on it. But Alvogen's markings are a bit closer - They have an Oxycodone 10mg + Acetaminophen 325 mg pill (generic Percocet) which is round and yellow with the inscription 230 along with the Alvogen logo on them (NDC 47781-230). Does this possibly sound like what you might have? If you see a Google Image search for the Alvogen logo it could help to you verify that half moon. Please let me know if this helps at all. I might be able to find other images for you to check against too. You have my curiosity piqued, that's for sure!
