4 Months On Oxy 80mg

Day 17 no oxy, detoxed without sub. Valium, clonidine , robaxin and a few others. When will I be normal again.

I am good in the morning, by 1pm I am a jack ass and my legs hurt and everything pisses me off. can't crack a smile to save my life.

So, you just stopped the Oxycodone, without tapering?

That's pretty high of a dosage to do that with, even though you were only on it for four months.

And to be honest, it may take 4 to 6 weeks, before you start to feel more normal and have less of those annoying symptoms. From my own experience stopping large doses of narcotics cold turkey after stopping pain management, I can tell you that it was about a month for the pain to ease up and about 6 to 8 weeks for the mental symptoms, such as irritability to ease off.

Is it the only medication you were taking?
