377 Tramadol
UpdatedInsomnia don't seen addictive

Tramadol is an analgesic that's derived from an opiate, so it can be addicting. It isn't used, however, to treat insomnia.
Side effects can also include nausea, dizziness, headache and constipation.
Is there anything else I can help with?
