Tablet, White, Oval with number 3759 and an X on the other side. Please help me, I found this in my sons room.

Based on the description provided, I found your pill to be Lisinopril (10 mg).

NOTE: the marking on the back shows up to be the letter "i" in the drug databases and not an X.
