I get my meds on the 30th day plan but my doctors wrote my refill script to fill on the 31st day and when the day falls on a Sunday my pharmacy is closed on Sunday. This is a pain in the ass.

Have you considered switching to a different pharmacy that is open 7 days a week? My husband I both use a pharmacy at a local grocery store that has Sunday hours. The hours are limited, but it does enable people to pick up their prescriptions, if needed.
Which pharmacy are you currently using? What medication has been prescribed.
Generally, under DEA and FDA regulations, it is only controlled substances that can't be filled a day, or two early.
