I switched to opana 30mg twice a day from methadone 10MG 5 TIMES a day. It did not work at all so I went back to my doctor and he gave me loritabs for breakthru pain and that did nothing. Finally, I talked the dr. Into giving me Opana 30mg twice a day and opana 10mg fast acting. This combination has changed my life!!! Neither medication works at all unless I take both. It kinda works like the combination of loritabs and somas did when I first started taking pills when I first hurt my back years ago. It works well enough that I have been able to go back to work full time now for 2 years. I hope this helps the poeple out there that really need the help. To the rest of you out there that are abusing, "PLEASE GET SOME HELP"!!!! IT IS OUT THERE.
