If the wording is 30mg 3 times daily, then that would be 30mgs in each of the three dosings, but you should double check with your doctor or pharmacy to be certain.
Sometimes they can be confusing and since I'm not looking at the label to read the wording myself, double checking with someone else would be the best thing to do.
