Unfortunately, if it doesn't have any markings, it is going to be very difficult to narrow down what this is.

Yes, there is a possibility that it was something specially ordered and done by a compounding pharmacy.

However, it could also be something available over the counter or a medication from a foreign country.

Was it found in the U.S.?
