30 Mg Methadone Vs Oxycodone (equivalency)

I'd like to know how much stronger in milligrams the difference is between 30 mg of Methadone and 30 mg of Oxycodone? Of course, the Methadone always worked better and the Oxycodone, same dosage, is not nearly as strong. How does one figure that out?

Each 30mgs of Oxycodone is equivalent to approximately 6mgs of Methadone, so yes, the Methadone is much stronger.

The FDA warns that these medications carry the risk of being habit forming, and may cause side effects, such as nausea, dizziness, headache, dry mouth, and constipation.
