ive noticed that my local pharmacies have been changing their 30mg oxycodones from the little blue pills with the M imprint on them to ones that have an A or a a V on them. which dont seem to work as well or are less effective. how would i go about finding a pharmacy locally that does carry the M's?

The only thing you can do is ask at the pharmacies. There's really no other way of knowing which ones they carry, at any given time, since it can vary depending on who had the cheapest price, when they needed to restock their supply.
You can also try asking the pharmacy that you usually to order the other ones in for you, though you will probably have to pay the higher price, or the price different if you have insurance.
