I can't find this anywhere. Are you certain you have the correct number, and does the pill have anything else but Kali on it? Perhaps it is an over the counter medication.

Kali is actually a foreign prescription med company, there has been only 4 of their products right now approved for sale in the US. Markings are Kali 082, Kali 280, Kali 281 and Kali 282. They do not make any OTC meds.

Kali 282 is Citalopram HBr 40mgs, a generic for the antidepressant Celexa.

I thought it was a foreign product and I've seen one or two of them. Which database did you locate it in? Would like to know.

Well the KALI 083 is listed at wallsrx just under the word KALI, then if you click the image you will see it is a red pill with those markings. The other information on the new pills available in the US I got through my subscription database, it is updated daily not only with pills IDs, but the NDC numbers, ingredients, and recent pharmaceutical news from research companies and the FDA. I found the kali 082 (tramadol, acetaminophen);however, I did not find the Celexa or its equivalent on that site. Did you? The number 282

No, as I said I found that in the paid database that I used, the info had just been added at the beginning of this month.
