How is hydramorphone and/or oxy hcl ir if I've been on MSIR 30, oxy 10/325, valium 10 3x day

What are the dosages of the Hydromorphone and Oxycodone?

Hydromorphone is Dilaudid. A step up in opiods. But the oral form is not nearly what the IV form for relief. Maybe a pain pump with Dilaudid? But you would be out in very short minute. Home bound
