2158 98 On A White Pill

I found a vial with several round white pills, but the label is illegible. On one side are the numbers 21 58 and on the other side is 9 8. Can you tell me what they are?
Also what is a white pill with 5093 V on it?

The tablet with the 93 2158 on it contains 100mgs of Trimethoprim, which is an antibiotic. Side effects may include nausea, dizziness, non-allergic skin rash and diarrhea.

And the tablet with the 5093 V marking contains 10mgs of Prednisone, which is a steroid class medication that's used to treat allergic reactions, swelling and immunity disorders. Side effects may include nausea, dizziness, fluid retention and insomnia.
