200 Mg Of Progesterone (yellow Tablet)

So I just had a baby two months ago and have been patiently waiting for my period to start and it has yet to come, I'm a mother of two and dnt want any more kids so I'm planning on getting my tubes tied but can't until my cycle starts. I called my doc and he put me on 200 mg of progesterone for a 12 day period to induce my cycle. My question is how long does it usually take to start ur period after taking this medicine?

You should start within a day or two of finishing the Progesterone. It is generally a sudden drop off of it that starts your cycle.

Where do you live? In the U.S. this procedure is often done immediately after giving birth, with no waiting for a cycle required.
