Just wondering which is stronger 30 mg oxycodone or 20 mg oxicotin

The higher the number, the higher the dosage, so the 30mg is stronger.

The difference, from what you've listed is that the 20mg Oxycontin is a time released formulation. The medication is slowly released into your body over a period of 12 hours.

The FDA classifies this medication as a narcotic analgesic, so it has the potential to be habit forming and may cause side effects, such as nausea, dizziness, drowsiness, dry mouth and constipation.
