2 Months Missing Period

I started taking loestrin 24 fe 13 months ago. I've had regular periods up until 3 months ago. 3 months ago my period was 2 weeks late (due to extreme stress from finals week I'm assuming). 2 months ago i missed my period (I got my wisdom teeth removed the day I was suppose to get my period and I was also put on antibiotics for my teeth). And now I missed it this month too (I flew out of the country the day I was suppose to get my period). I haven't missed any pills and I take it at the same time every single day. I am sexually active and have taken two pregnancy tests, both negative. I haven't been sexually active in almost 2 full months. I show no pregnancy symptoms (I don't think pregnancy is the issue). I have been more physically active, eating healthier, and lost a few pounds. My daily routine has changed significantly and I would say I have been under stress from school and work. I'm just really confused why I'm not bleeding or even spotting when I've been so regular on this pill for a full year. I have a doctor check up appointment scheduled for next week. I hope she can clear this issue up for me but I'd love to hear your thoughts as well! Thank you
