the delotta helped my back pain better than hydrocdone , is it the same as in what harm can it do to your body?i have degerate disk diease and scholisis

The name of this medication is often misunderstood, but the correct name for it is Dilaudid, it contains the active ingredient Hydromorphone.

And yes, it is in the same drug class as the Hydrocodone, so the effects are similar, but Hydromorphone is much stronger.

Side effects may include: nausea, constipation, dizziness and dry mouth.
