Thank you! I am taking L-tyrosene, DL-phenylalanine and 1000 mg of vitamin C. The only problem that I have is physical and mental exhaustion. How long do these last?

My guess is that it will suck for 3 days then you'll just be tired for a couple weeks. I've been on and off them for way to many years due to pain. I've tried almost everything but the best way is a good taper and jump. I've been steadily on 4 5mg pills for 2yrs this round due to pain. I hate them and would rather suffer through the pain! I am down to 7.5mg a day and by this time next week I am going cold turkey. I plan on getting a good body cleansing pill pack from the health store and starting it tomorrow, they have always helped me to shorten the withdrawal effects. 2.5mgs a day is nothing so it would be hard to taper down you might just have to go for it.
