IP 119 is actually manufactured by Interpharm, that's what the IP stands for and I can't find any information regarding a recall of this product.

This tablet contains 500mgs of Acetaminophen and 10mgs of Hydrocodone, it is a generic for Vicodin, a narcotic pain reliever.

Common side effects may include: nausea, drowsiness, dizziness and constipation.
