15mg Amphet Salts. Blue An White

First time user an yep, I did to many of them. I popped 8 within o? 16 maybe 17 hours. This is the second night I've not been able to sleep? I don't really know what to do. I feel fine but at times im ready for bed n lay down but of course after a hour of laying there I get bored an watch tv all night. Please if any body can give me a opinion it will be greatly appreciated. No more of them for me. And I dont smoke cannabis so don't bother with that. If u say opiate will help I don't have one.

Hi Christj,

You really don't have to smoke cannabis to get the true medicinal value it has outside of just catching a buzz. There's actually been a lot of talk about CBD's (a non-psychoactive component of cannabis that carries many medicine properties in and of itself). It's heavily regarded as a potent sleep aid too. Not to mention there are edible as well as topical & pill forms of cannabis for those who don't enjoy the smoking aspect of it.

Another option that you may not have already considered is essential oils. I find Lavender in particular to be a great sleep aid when I'm having trouble calming my mind.

Have you looked into trying any other types of natural remedies?
