15mg Oxycodone Brand Vs Generic (Top voted first)

Updated

I've been on pain management for about six years and am having difficulty. I first noticed it with 20 mg IR tabs that my doctor replaced for 10 mg tabs, my insurance was only going to pay for so many. It wasn't three days that I realized that these weren't right. I got almost through the bottle that month in less time than I was supposed to and went back to my doctor for answers. He chastised me, sent me packin'. Then after some research like on this site, I printed the comments by fellow pain management suffers. That's when he fessed up about the manufacturers of generic are mostly off by as much as 20%, other comments have given it to be as much as 30%. Usually the error of pain killer is off to the negative side. That is my experience. Well, that's my story and I'm sticking to it no matter what some overly college educated s*** head doctor of pharmacist says. Ha Ha, they are offering me a free Rx discount card. Rumor has it that these cards are nothing much more than an information gathering ploy. Most pharmacies won't take them for that reason. At least that is my experience when trying to use them. Good Luck everybody.

I have been on ganeric for so long they just are no help, my Dr.switched me by my request to 15 mg.brand name roxicodone and at least some pain relief, but it seems to take 2. 15 mg. then better, but worry about running short, also 10 out of 10 pharmacy so just say no we do not carry that and avoid me all together,so even if you can get Dr. Help ,no pharmacy wants to help order it for seems like anyone.DEA has made it stupid, they would rather burn it than help a amputee from a hit and run accident ,not my fault, goes bad to worse.Where can you fill a script in S.F.Valley ,Sherman Oaks cal ? Thanx for Help.

Hi everyone.
I prefer getting my Percocet at Walmart. Has nothing to do with the price. I just think Walmart brand works way better than any pharmacy that I have ever used. I think it just works better. At least for me. I hope this helps a little for someone. Have a great night.

I'm going to tell EVERYONE something about Aurolife Oxycodone 15....It has SEVEN inactive ingredients in them. Most have no more than four. These are the cheapest pills a pharmacy can buy. They don't work, and have horrible aide effects....STAY AWAY FROM THEM. Always ask you pharmacy the manufacturer of a narcotic....it DOES matter!!! Mallinckrodt and Rhodes are your best bet.

The correct percentage for the allowable difference under the Hatch-Waxman Act of 1984 is plus or minus 20%. It is freely available for anyone to read via a Google search.

The FDA warns that this medication carries the risk of being habit forming and may cause side effects, such as nausea, dizziness, headache, constipation, and dry mouth.

While some of those cards do offer great discounts, there are likely some that gather information, though under the HIPAA laws, they cannot share it. However, the same is true of any type of discount card you use, be it for your local grocery, Costco, World Market, or etc.

I started receiving warnings in the mail under my prior married name telling me I needed to license my dogs. I couldn't understand why I was getting them, since our pups are both licensed, then I happened to see an article from a local new station that people were complaining about the county mining the information from stores and sending these letters to anyone that had purchased pet products. Our pups are licensed under my husband's name, while the store card was one I had before we'd met and gotten married, so it was under my prior name and didn't show up as my having licensed pups. I still receive notices, occasionally. I've just started tossing them in the recycling bin, let them come check. Both of our boys have valid licenses on their collars and we always update, before they expire.

As to my other shopping habits, if it saves us money on groceries, I really don't care if they know what we put in our shopping cart. I know not everyone will agree with me, this is just my opinion it.

Whether or not you use any type of discount card is entirely up you.

Is there anything else I can help with?
