Yes there stronger ! Morphine has a high acting effect on the neural pathway and does a much better job for relief from what ails us all ! Check a pharm scale the oxy is like 6 or 7 on th list morphine is 2 !

Actually no, Oxycodone is stronger than Morphine by one and a half times.

In other words for each 10mg dosage of Oxycodone, you'd need to take 15mgs of Morphine to be equivalent.

Yeah I think most are referring to actual pain relief as opposed to euphoric recall of these substances. Orally oxycodone produces far greater pain relief while causing a higher degree of euphoria then traditional morphine. Now parental morphine produces a greater degree of euphoria and about equal in analgesic relief at equivelent dosage regimen. Dilaudid used IV,IM,
or SC beats them all in euphoric and analgesic response. All 3 have a high degree of habituation and tolerance development .

Allegedly, but oral morphine has never really worked for me so I would prefer even just one 10 mg oxycodone over a 15 mg morphine tablet

The term euphoric recall is actually a recovery term and it means when people get sober and they look back at their addiction days and they just remember good times. It’s called euphoric recall because they are only recalling the good parts
