I have a football shaped (oval) scored on one side and 149 on the other pill, what is it?

@Dee,

Xanax/Alprazolam comes in a variety of shapes and colors. However I've never seen or heard of any Xanax (at least in the US) that fit the description of a white oval pill with 149 on one side and scored on the other.

If you don't mind my asking, what makes you think this could even be Xanax at all? Do you have any additional clues or presumptions based on its origin or where you got it from?

Thanks for taking the time to share these details. I do recognize the pill that Brenda had mentioned, but think it may also be a good idea to take your pill into a local pharmacy for closer examination.
