Located a match it's Nitrofurantoin 100 mg and monohydrate macrocrystals, which s usually used in treating urinary tract infection. Like many other drugs, it is often used against E Coli.

I have a black and yellow capsule with E122 printed on black end of capsule. I think I remember my dental surgeon giving it to me if I needed for pain. Do you recognize this as a pain capsule?
