Ecosprin contains Aspirin, in most cases such as yours, it is used for its blood thinning properties.
It can be used during pregnancy, as long as your doctor has approved its use and you are both aware of the risk it creates of increased bleeding.
However, if you have a clotting problem, or are showing the signs of developing one, the risk of not treating it, especially during pregnancy, is much more dangerous than using the medication.
