No, that conversion is not correct. Fentanyl is actually over 81 times stronger than Morphine, so it would take a bit more than 81mgs of Morphine to equal one single milligram of Fentanyl.
This is a narcotic analgesic, so it has the potential to be habit forming and may cause side effects, such as nausea, dizziness, drowsiness, dry mouth and constipation.
