That's actually meant to be an oriental C, it is logo used by Alvogen and yes, they list them as containing 10mgs of Oxycodone and 325mgs of Acetaminophen in a regular release formulation, so they can be cut or broken, if your doctor approves.
The FDA classifies this medication as a narcotic analgesic, so it carries the risk of being habit forming and may cause side effects, such as nausea, dizziness, headache, constipation and dry mouth.
