10 Days More Xanax As Usual

Please help.I use over a year 4-5 times a week 0.25 xanax to sleep at night but the last 10 days I used from .75 to 1 gr because I was on a camping holiday and I couldn't sleep there.Now am I addicted to more than 0.25 xanax?Must I tapper?Or can I go on with 0.25 as usually without having withdrawals.I used more for only ten days.

I would take one and a half and it will take the edge off.because if u quit cold Turkey you will have severe com down and its not good especially if you need it.

It's very important that a warning be a added here, regarding the risk of seizures if you suddenly withdraw from this medication. So yes, you do need to be very careful.
