It contains 325mgs of Acetaminophen and 10mgs of Oxycodone, the active ingredients in Endocet or Percocet, they are narcotic pain relievers.

As with any medication it is effective for some people. but not all.

Side effects may include: nausea, drowsiness, dizziness and dry mouth.
