1% Ketamine, 2% Amitriptyline, Lipo Cream

The dermatologist put me on this 30Gm keta 1%/amitr 2%/lipo cream, also 1200 mg NAC capsules. Can you tell me what these are? Thank you.

The cream is used to treat pain, the FDA lists its typical side effects as possibly including skin redness, irritation, dryness, and flaking.

The NAC is a nutritional supplement that may cause nausea, due to its potency.
