long slender oblong tablet color white imprint k30 on one side. smooth on other side. pain medication ## This is NOT Hydrocodone and Acetaminophen! This is 500mgs of Acetaminophen by itself, no narcotics. This is a generic or store brand of extra strength tylenol. ## Just an additional note, depending on where you looked you may have seen K30 listed as a narcotic because there used to be a small round codeine tablet with that marking but it has been discontinued and is no longer available. Caplet shaped pills with K30 are just Acetaminophen.

When I take Perocet 7.5/325 white round I get really hot red face and feel sick but if I take Perocet 10/325 yellow oval this doesn't happen but they both help with pain.
