I found two halfs in my finances vitamin C tabs he eats every day . There is nothing on other side. The M on the two halfs is all I have to go on. It's black printed. Not like engraved into oblong shape. He said it's probably just a Tylenol. I found half of a pill ending with 57 and is blank on the other side. It's large white and oblong. ## Knowing only part of the imprint leaves it open to several possibilities. Just to give some examples, there's a 5mg Buspirone tablet that meets this description with the marking 657. There's a generic Vicodin tablet, which contains Acetaminophen and Hydrocodone with the marking M357. There's a Sulfadiazine tablet with the marking E757. I found a white ablong tablet unscored and had a capitol "E" on one side and the other was blank. It was mixed in with ibuprofen ## WIth a vague imprint like that, I can't be 100% certain, but I think what you have may be an Excedrin Migraine tablet. They meet this description and contain Acetaminophen, Aspirin and Caffeine. Did you purchase them at any time?
