I have severe stabbing pain in my shoulder. When the pain starts my blood pressure shoots to 220/140 with a 133 pulse. I would like to know if this Rx will reduce swelling. Monday, I had Oral surgery for the removal of a tooth and this is the Rx. I take 1 tablet by mouth every 4 to 6 hours as needed for pain. Tuesday, I was scheduled to return for flipper retainer to be inserted but I was not feeling well & was very swollen, so I postponed to Thursday.
