Hi, I am in my 35th week of my pregnancy and the amniotic fluid level from my scan report on the 34th week was measured as 7.9. Subsequently my doctor had suggested to take a drip of Inj. Astymin M or Inj. Astymin 3 through Iv and i was told that this drip is to improvise the fluid level for a comfortable delivery, but i am worried now since one of my neighbours told me that taking this drip might have reactions in my body such as irritation and swollen throat, breathing discomforts, skin allergy etc..hence risky (their niece had suffered these problems during her delivery).
