I have been fighting with lower back and left leg pain. I've been on a walker for 9 months now. I severely damaged my lower back this morning. I have had back pain for some years now. I went and saw my Dr today who prescribed me Endone and Meloxicam 15mg, my Dr is aware that i suffer stomach pain when i take anti inflammatory medication. I drink beer daily & am taking the diethylcarbamazine 100mg 3 times a day. I have got pain in my left testicle. My doctor suggested ciplox -tz for 5 days (2 per day). I had a back surgery 17 years ago. that was not successful. My Neurosurgeon prescribed my 2 tabs of ULTRAM 50 with 2 tylenols, every 4 hours. For 15 years Ultram helped my pain. 1st - oblong oval white pill has IP 137 on one side and 800 on back. 2nd - small light yellow round pill with M 89 on it. 3rd - small white round pill with AN 627 on it. 4th - small white and yellow capsule with ETHEX on yellow part and 041 on white part. ## IP 137 This is Ibuprofen 800mgs, a generic for Motrin. M89 is Meloxicam 15mgs, a generic for Mobic. These are both nonsteroidal anti-inflammatories. AN627 is Tramadol 50mgs, a generic for Ultram. This is derived from an opiate, so it is classified as a narcotic, but it does not carry the side effects of a narcotic and acts as an anti-inflammatory in the body.
