if scopinal tablet is taken for ibs pain, can it relax strincher les, to reflux acids in esophagic. i felt sever pain in my barrett esophagic , when i took a scopinal tablet, which induced agian reflx. is it possible so, or just my thinking ?

my wife is using stalopam plus since last 10 months,for not responding to medicines given for IBS treatment for 5 years.Dr advised she might be having depression so to continue with this medicine.recently dr.has added revotril to plain stalopam.But result remains unchanged as before 5 years.please advise any treatment to see my wife healthy....

Hi, I have been suffering from serve flatulence immediately after eating food. This is causing a lot of anxiety, stress and social fear and after about every 15 days i have anxiety brain fog and diarrhea. I've done all my medical checks related to stomach and everything is ok. Tried all sorts of treatments - homeopathy, Ayurvedic, allopathy ..but no luck. Now doctors have put me on tryptomer 10mg. I have been having this for a month now. I have Crohn's disease and IBS that causes severe debilitating abdominal pain and have been prescribed oxycodone and morphine to help control it. However, now that I've moved to Richmond Virginia I can't find any pain management doctors that are willing to treat stomach pain. I've hit a dead end, and don't know what to do. I have been suffering from IBS from a long time. After a lot of treatment now I have been prescribed Rablet L along with Vibact DS and with this I find a lot of improvement,i.e appetite has increased, giddiness has come down and no. of stools after food has also come down. I have been taing the above for last ten days. However at least once a day I have loose stools though bloating of stomach has stopped. How long can I continue this?? Doctor prescribed trepeline for treatment of IBS (Irritable Bowel Syndrome) about 5 years ago as its supposed to slow down my stomach digestion process. Im not too convinced, are there any natural medicines I can take instead of trepeline?
