It is basically an muscle relaxer ## Hello, Dolli! How are you? The tablet with this marking is manufactured by Sandoz Pharmaceuticals and they list it as containing 75mgs of Diclofenac. The FDA classifies this medication as a nonsteroidal anti-inflammatory that's used to treat pain, fever and swelling. Its typical side effects may possibly including nausea, dizziness, headache, stomach irritation and increased risk of bleeding. It is not any type of muscle relaxant. White round medium size pill and I also have a pinkish oval with 149 on one side and 93 on the other. ## West-Ward 290 - This is 500 mg Methocarbamol, a muscle relaxer. 93 149 is 500 mg Naproxen, an anti-inflammatory pain reliever.
