So far, I've been unable to find a listing for this in any of the databases that I've checked. I'll keep looking and post back, when I have information for you. This is Methadone (they call these particular ones Coffins). It is coffin shaped with an M in a square on one side and the other side is scored with 5771. Methadone is generally prescribed for opioid withdrawal symptoms, but this particular coffin Methadone pill is actually prescribed for pain management. All in all, it is an opioid similar to Morphine, Dolophine, etc. ## I'm sorry, is the word you are trying to use here coffin? I found a round brown pill in my kids room with only the number 57 nothing else and can't find anything like it online. ## It might be a good idea to take the pill over to your local Walgreens/CVS and see if they have anyway of analyzing the contents. I haven't been able to find anything like it here either. This has me wondering if it may be some kind of illicit substance or party drug - but how old is your kid? I guess that would provide a clue as I seriously doubt a child would have narcotics in their room - A teenager on the other hand is a different story.
