I have a white, oval shaped pill. It has the letters "a" and "p" in lowercase on one side. On the other side, there are 4 intertwined circles with no other markings or numbers, but it did come in one of those foil packets. I would greatly appreciate the help!

I found this pill in my living room. It has 255 printed on the right side, and what looks like an upside down 1 on the left side. The back is black.
