are v 3604 and m357's the same pill just diff look and markings? ## Hello, Roach! How are you? No, while they both contain 5mgs of Hydrocodone, the amounts of Acetaminophen are different. The tablet with the 3604 V marking only contains 325mgs of it, while the M 357 tablet contains 500mgs of it and is no longer available. This is a narcotic analgesic, so it has the potential to be habit forming and may cause side effects, such as nausea, dizziness, drowsiness, dry mouth and constipation. Is there anything else I can help with?

Qualist manufacturer has a pill that states it to be a 5/325 the reads reads v 3604. To my knowledge I thought anything with the # 325 in it is usually a norco ## Hello, Reb! How are you? The V doesn't stand for what the tablet contains, that is just the manufacturers logo, so having a V on it does not make it Vicodin. The V stands for Vintage Pharmaceuticals, they were purchased by Qualitest several years ago and there are many pills with the V logo that don't contain narcotics of any type. Additionally, Norco is just a name brand for a certain combination of Acetaminophen and Hydrocodone….while it was originally ones that just contained 325mgs of Acetaminophen, with several doses of the Hydrocodone, since it is available as a generic now, they are pretty much all just us...

What are the speckels for is it the hydrocodone I never knew if they r better than the other ones or the same? ## No, that's just a coloring agent the manufacturer used to distinguish their tablets from the others available on the market. These tablets contain 5mgs of Hydrocodone and 325mgs of Acetaminophen, which is a narcotic pain reliever. There are many generics of this on the market and it's difficult to compare it to others, without knowing which specific ones you're asking about. Can you provide any other details? Thanks! Is there aspirin in norco ## Hi sue, The answer to your question is no. Norco contains: Hydrocodone Bitartrate + Acetaminophen I think acetaminophen is commonly misconstrued as being aspirin, however they are not the same. Aspirin is a non-steroidal anti inflammatory (NSAID) where as acetaminophen is not. I hope this info helps! ## Acetaminophen (Tylenol) has no anti- inflammatory ability, so is NOT an NSAID. Having said that, it is otherwise, very similar in effect. It's good for fever, headache, and some pains but not those caused by inflammation.

Can I mix a Watson 5 m with a 10m muscle relaxer ## Yes if you are going to bed I usually take a norco 5 mg and flexer 10 mg but it knock me out guess it depends on your tolerance to each ## Hello, Bob! How are you? It depends on which muscle relaxant it is and whether or not your doctor approves. There may be some risks associated with some of them, when mixed. The FDA classifies Hydrocodone/APAP as a narcotic analgesic, so it has the potential to be habit forming and may cause side effects, such as nausea, dizziness, drowsiness, dry mouth and constipation. Which one do you take? ## Listen people, this is a Shout Out to each and every one who has been prescribed these particular pain pills. Will mixing methodone and norco lnduce withdrawls?? ## Hi Melissa, Based on my research, there are no drug interactions listed between Methadone and Hydrocodone; so you shouldn't experience any strange problems in that regard. While it is possible for there to be an additive effect, some people have had incidences where they noticed a decreased efficacy with Hydrocodone when they administered a larger dose of either medication. I'm not a doctor, but from what I've read, I don't think it reacts quite as strongly as Suboxone would in this type of scenario. None the less, it is something to pay very close attention to if this is your first time using either of these medications together. It may also be best to discuss proper dosing protocols and any other concerns with your...

I'm getting the headaches too. Started taking them after I broke my leg. Mine are white oval with red speckles. Big V on one side, 3604 on the other. ## The drug is a generic form of Norco 5/325. It contains 5mg hydrocodone and 325mg of Tylenol. It is also classified as a schedule 3 controlled substance with abuse potential. ## Hi Curt, Sorry to hear about your recent challenges with this medication. According to the MayoClinic, headaches are actually listed as a general side effect of Acetaminophen + Hydrocodone. However, if you find that the symptoms are becoming too bothersome or severe, it may just be best to talk with your doctor about trying some other alternatives for pain relief. To my understanding, side effects like this usually don't go away until you stop taking what...

Is it really norco? I just got my refill today and they are not working as well as my previous prescription. ## Hi Yaya, My research from the manufacturer depicts a white oval tablet marked with 2172 to be identified as a generic Hydrocodone Bitartrate 5mg + Acetaminophen 325mg pill. For verification, it carries a National Drug Code of 0591-2172 and is reportedly a product of Actavis Pharmaceuticals that from what I could gather, seems like a newer generic tablet since information about it is relatively sparse on the internet. Hope this helps! ## I have the exact same problem ! The ones with the 2172 do not work the same as the 3604 did . How is this even possible ? Or is it. Are they exactly the same ?

yes, I can't find a list of Vicodin that shows number on pill and strength. don't need photos, just numbers & strength for all Vicodin. 5 to 10's. ## Hi greg, Please correct me if I'm wrong, but aren't brand name Vicodin's no longer being made? I was under the impression that it was replaced by Norco. At any rate, here are some of the imprints and dosages I came across online while searching for Norco (including generics): WATSON 913: 5/325 M365: 5/325 V 3604: 5/325 NORCO 729: 7.5/325 NORCO 539: 10/325 M367: 10/325 IP 110: 10/325 There may be a few others that I missed as well, since it's not very clear which ones are still on the market and which have been discontinued.
